Caatje van Leeuwen travels the world, working as an actress, host, and moderator and to manifest her film projects. She is the founder of Amsterdam-based production company Sun Cat Productions.
In recent years, Caatje has developed, written and directed multiple short films and is currently in production of her debut feature film WILLIAM.
Dirk Clement has been working in the insurance industry for over 25 years.
He held different management positions at Vanbreda, Aon and Chubb Insurance Company, both in Belgium and the UK. From 2007 until 2017 he was MD for CED BeLux and was then appointed as director for the international claims activities of the CED group.
Robert de Waard
Robert de Waard has been working for almost 30 years in the international claims handling industry.
Robert began his career in 1989 as a claims handler and over the years he has held several technical and managerial positions within claims handling companies. Since 2008, Robert holds the position of managing director of CED France, and is also responsible for the technical operations in Spain and Portugal.
Greet Floré has been working in international claim handling for over 30 years.
Started her career as claims handler at the Belgian Motor Insurance Bureau in 1985 and became some years later, in 1990, claims manager. In 2002 this function has been expanded to the Belgian Compensation Body. In 2010 she joined the Secretariat as Legal Manager and in 2012 she has been nominated as Secretary General of the Council of Bureaux.
Paul is an English Solicitor and Head of Travel Litigation at Hudgell Solicitors in Leeds, England. Paul specializes in personal injury claims across Europe and worldwide, and has a particular interest in serious injury cases which involve jurisdictional and applicable law issues.

He operates in France and Europe in the field of traffic accidents, life accidents, accidents on work, medical liability and insurance law. His specialization led him to intervene in numerous conferences in France and in Europe to present the French legislation on traffic accidents and also on the socio-professional reintegration of severely disabled. He also works as a trainer in the field of personal injury law for the judges of the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Lyon and the School of Lawyers of the Rhône-Alpes Region. He is a member of PEOPIL (Pan European Organization of Personal Injuries), member of the IDEC (European Law Institute of Traffic), member of the ANADAVI (National Lawyers Association of Victims of Personal Injury) and founder and President of the AAVADOC (Lawyers Association of Victims of Accidents and Personal Injury).
Franz Terwey, a German national and a doctor of social law, born in 1951, is living and working as a private lawyer in Frankfurt/Main since 2017. Before, from 1993 until 2016, he was Director of the Brussels based European Representation of the German National Federations of statutory Social Insurance covering all branches of healthcare, accidents at work and occupational diseases, long-term care and pensions.
In addition, from 1996 until 2016, he was President of the transnational association EUROPEAN SOCIAL INSURANCE PLATFORM in Brussels which represents over 40 national social security organisations in many EU Member States and Switzerland with responsibilities for healthcare, pensions, unemployment benefits, accidents at work and occupational diseases and family benefits, covering the vast majority of citizens in the respective countries and fields of social security.

M. Thierry Décaillet holds a Swiss lawyer’s degree. He has worked as an independent lawyer and clerk for the Swiss Federal Tribunal. A little over 16 years ago, he joined the Legal Division of Suva, where he held various positions. Since the 1st of January 2017, he is in charge of the recourse department against the responsible third party and he occupies the function of deputy head of the Legal Division.
